Black Earth Film Festival 2008
The festival has four categories including: Feature (over 55 min), Short (under 55 min), Documentary and Animation. The festival will accept DVD and MiniDV formats from pre-view screening. Accepted film must be amde avilable on DVD for festival presentation. Productions that are not in English must be subtitled or dubbed in Englis. Each entry must be submitted with completed entry form and entry fee. A press kit must accompany each entry. All cash awards will be given tot he primary applicant.
