It will be an International event that will bring the best films on culture and the idea is to create an atmosphere for film makers to meet and exchange thoughts. Culture may sound a small word but it contains centuries in it. It is older than the civilization and sometimes civilization becomes synonym to culture. If we call civilization the body then the culture will be its soul. In that sense the festival covers a vast range of subjects when we say “Films on culture”. The idea is to understand culture of other parts of the world and to showcase Indian culture to the world community.

Many film personalities would grace the festival, since IFFC is first of its kind. Film makers from all over the country as well as the world have shown keen interest to attend the festival. Many more opportunities would be opened with the interaction that this festival will facilitate between the common film viewer and filmmakers and also among film makers themselves.

IFFC will provide opportunity to witness a cultural extravaganza of short films / documentaries and get the participants motivated to join in the film revolution being witnessed all over the globe. These seminars will present papers on various aspects on culture, to benefit the future generations.
