We cordially invite you to participate in the competitive section of the festival. If you are ready with a film, which speaks about culture or related thoughts, then please do not delay and send us your film for selection, as the entry is free, open to all film makers… amateurs, students and professionals with respective separate competitive sections for them, and the last date for submission is Jan 31, 2008.

Subject of film may be Culture of any tribe, group and country…. Culture may sound a small word but it contains centuries in it. It is older than the civilization and sometimes civilization becomes synonym to culture. In that sense the festival covers a vast range of subjects; religion, architecture, art, music, philosophy, astronomy, astrology, spiritualism, mythology, history, public service and so on…. In short we dare to define culture…. However, you are at liberty to define culture, let your film convince the Selection Committee and your film is in.
