Driven by the commitment to plurality of truths and in its sincere goal to confront the automatic adjustment of our ways of life, private and public human needs and wants, Pravo Ljudski is committed to, or at least tries to contribute, to the development of critical citizenship through independent socially engaged documentary film. We thus believe in critical, poetic, illuminating art forms embracing the beauty of differences and questioning different forms of power relations and discrimination.

During its five years of existance, the Human Rights Film Festival PRAVO LJUDSKI has established itself as a specific and recognizable public space engendering social action in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as broader, by promoting socially engaged documentary film and human rights cinema, as well as generally socially engaged art forms, so to facilitate dialogue and open discussion.

Up till this date, PRAVO LJUDSKI has successfully organized five human rights film festival editions, incorporating an independent youth programme Zoom Rights, as well as outreach programmes throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina organizing socially engaged documentary film screenings in small towns.
