Accepts feature-length narrative films, creative documentaries, experimental films, shorts (less than 60 mins.), and innovative visual productions for digital media completed after Jan. 1, '06. Netherlands premieres only; preference given to world premieres. Formats: 16mm and 35mm film; Beta SP (PAL) video; digital Beta (PAL) and DVCam (NTSC or PAL). Preview on VHS (NTSC or PAL) or DVD (regions 0 or 2). "Tiger Awards" competition offers cash prizes (10,000 Euros each) to three first- or second-time directors of feature-length fiction films (70 mins. or longer) and to three directors in an early stage of their careers with a short film (less than 30 mins.) making its world, international or European premiere. Winning works released on television in the Netherlands. Festival is concurrent with Cinemart Market.
