A festival which presents a great opportunity for veteran and up and coming filmakers' to showcase their talents, win prizes, and have fun. The top films will receive trophies, a cash prize, and be posted on our website at www.cinescapedigital.com.

The Darkhorse Derby is our 48 hr film race, in which a team captain and his or her team must write, shoot, edit, and deliver a film no longer than 8 minutes in two days! On top of that, each team will be required to meet the "Special Theme" and "Special Elements" we release the day the race begins!

Deadline for submissions and Derby registration is November 26th 2007.

Darkhorse Derby 48 Hr Film Race begins 12:00pm Friday, November 30, and ends 11:59am Sunday, December 2 2007.

Screenings will be held at the Denton Movie Tavern December 9th 2007.
